At Lemorra, we focus on quality and careful packaging. Each product is inspected before dispatch.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds.
We only provide an exchange if the product received is defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • The product was damaged during transit, and

  • The request is raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, and

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging, and

  • A clear unboxing video of the package is provided as proof.

The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the defect or damage in the product.

Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

How to Raise an Exchange Request

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us through WhatsApp chat

  • Share clear images and the unboxing video showing the defect

  • Mention your Order ID

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

Exchange Approval

If approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement for the same product.

  • The replaced/exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit or an alternative product.
Store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

If a refund is approved in special cases, the amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 15 business days.

No cash refunds will be issued.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Requests made without an unboxing video

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

Shipping Costs

Exchange shipping will be covered by Lemorra for approved cases.

Customers must securely pack the product before pickup.
